DJ is a certified Heroic coach focusing on eating, moving, and sleeping and the host of The Libraries and Weight Rooms Podcast, where he shares insights and stories on mental and physical fitness and unique ways to look at life.
DJ’s mission is to end mental suffering through mental fitness by introducing new solutions for the emotional challenges people and teams face in today's fast-paced digital world. His approach involves treating the mind as a muscle and implementing training techniques to address these issues.
